Office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST Monday-Friday. Emails/phone calls received after office hours will be processed the following business day.

Sales tax will be charge if customer is a resident of the state where part is located.

Online orders should arrive within 5-10 business days after full payment has been received. If after 5 business days you have not received a tracking number, several scenarios are possible.

  1. We do not have your phone number, which can delay many types of shipments. Check your emails (including junk folders) for contact from us just in case.
  2. We have emailed you for a business address to ship certain parts. Some parts cannot be shipped via UPS, and are shipped via commercial freight carrier. These require shipment to either a business with docking capabilities for a semi truck or a local freight terminal.
  3. We have tried to contact you via email as full payment has not been received (i.e. tax, shipping cost, or full purchase price) and will not ship a purchase until full payment is received.
  4. There has been another type of delay which we have emailed you about and are waiting for return contact from you confirming receiving of notice

No parts will be released until payment is made in full. Our individual facilities are on a different accounting system than we are, and cannot accept payment for Online or eBay purchases.
