Most orders placed on our web site by 5:00 PM Mountain Time on weekdays will be reviewed and requested from one of our 60 warehouses. Orders placed after 5:00 on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be reviewed the following Monday. We're ready to ship 95% of parts when you order.
Shipping Methods and Costs
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your parts(s).
(Please note, some parts(s) may offer only one shipping method.) Shipping costs are
dependent on the item(s) in your order and the shipping method you select. Your
total shipping charges will be automatically computed during checkout prior to the
completion of your order.
Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight and size of
the total order. An order containing multiple item(s) typically receives a volume-shipping
discount unless items are shipping from different LKQ plants and therefore your
total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual shipping charges
appearing in your cart.
Standard delivery in 5-10 business days
Our Used Auto Parts may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. If your billing address is a P.O. Box, please include your physical address as the ship-to address for faster delivery.
Large item special shipping
Most Large items ship for Free unless otherwise stated. Large or heavy items, including most Engines and Transmissions, require Freight shipping. All Freight shipping will be sent to a commercial address. Providing a residential address for Freight delivery will result in a delay in your shipment until a commercial shipment is obtained. Usually, oversized item(s) arrive within 3-10 full business days after
leaving the warehouse. Most oversized item(s) leave the warehouse within 2 full
business days.
We cannot offer expedited shipping for oversized item(s). The freight
trucking company is not responsible for unloading the item(s) from the truck or
carrying the parts(s) into the building. Your item is likely to be heavy and large;
therefore, we recommend that have a forklift or some other mechanical tool to unload
the item and bring it inside.

The delivery company will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time
window.

We will ship all heavy or odd shaped part(s) via freight truck to either a business
with docking capabilities or local freight terminal, NO RESIDENTIAL at this time.

Typically, there will be a minimum of a four-hour timeframe for the delivery and
an adult must be available to accept, inspect, and sign-for the delivery.

The item will be delivered to your designated shipping address. The freight delivery
company is not responsible for unloading the item from the truck or carrying the
item into the building.

Your package is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have
someone with you to help unload the item from the truck and carry it inside.

The total charge does not include inside delivery, removal of cartons.
Upon delivery of your order, you should immediately inspect the cartons for any
potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging
as well as the contents of the package. It is normal for the carton to show some
wear; however, if the material inside the carton is damaged, follow these steps:
Parts Damaged During Shipping
In the case the parts you receive are damaged, accept the package, but make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt, sign
and date it. The delivery person should also sign the slip and leave a copy for
your records. Contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately by calling 1-866-557-5787.
Please have your order number available when you call.
LKQ Online will make every reasonable effort to replace the damaged or missing items
provided it was noted on the paperwork you signed at the time you received the order.
No Claims will be allowed without such notes being made. You must take a digital
photo too. You must save any damaged material and have it available for pickup.
If you submit a claim for damaged material and do not have the damaged material
for us to pick up, you will be billed for the replacement material and the freight
to get it to you. If you refuse an order, you will be charged the actual original
freight cost, the return freight cost and any restocking fees that might apply,
which usually range from 10% to 25% of the order. See our warranty info page
**The freight charge listed in your invoice may not be the actual freight cost.
In some cases, a portion of the actual freight cost may include packaging and handling
fees. We cover shipping charges if there is damage to the item due to shipping.
